Beatriz N.

Beatriz Nicolau is a certified coach, consultant, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in the areas of organizational and leadership development, coaching, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.  

Beatriz spent most of her corporate career as an HR Executive for Fortune 500 Companies in the United States and Latin America, across industries such as consumer goods and the financial sector.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Master’s Degree in HR Management from New York University, with emphasis in Human Development & Coaching.  

In her practice, Beatriz has helped many leaders and organizations to advance their initiatives related to organizational development and leadership. Most passionate about human development, Beatriz brings lots of curiosity, empathy and energy to work with her corporate partners and individual clients.

Beatriz is certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by CTI: Co-Active Training Institute, and credentialed by the ICF: International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  

Originally from Brazil, Beatriz is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has extensive experience working across different cultures.  She moved to the United States (New York City) in 2006, and currently resides in South Florida.
