Over the course of Kathryn Snyder's career, she has been a transformational leader and Executive Coach dedicated to creating environments that inspire, engage, and develop associates all while excelling in delivering results. Kathryn has extensive experience in engineering, project management, and operations, both within the US and internationally. Kathryn’s goal in working with leaders is to cultivate an environment where they can be their most authentic and powerful selves and do the best work of their lives.  

She has coached across most industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, non-profit, government, and education.  Clients are drawn to Kathryn because of her business experience, proven track record as an inspirational leader, and coaching style, described as unabashedly honest, open, and direct.  As a coach, she is passionate about working with leaders who want to unleash their potential and inspire those they lead to do their best work.

Kathryn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and holds the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Coaches Training Institute.  Kathryn is based in Richmond, Virginia.
