Barbara Kurka is an executive coach whose clients benefit from her years of corporate experience in strategic human resources, talent development, and executive coaching roles. Her clients  have come from banking, publishing, energy, financial services, IT, consumer product, not-for-profit  and the healthcare industries.

She brings a unique perspective on how businesses operate and how individuals succeed by finding and focusing her work with key management on what it means to be a leader and on how to increase executive presence in the workplace. She works with senior executives who are looking to navigate the challenges of their roles and coaches high potentials to prepare for promotion, or growth into a new role. She also is a volunteer coach with Stand Beside Them, an organization that offers free coaching to veterans and their families, as they transition to the corporate world.
