Welcome to New Level Work, Inc. ("New Level Work," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all products and services provided by New Level Work, including but not limited to: leadership coaching, assessments, training sessions, access to our digital platform, Leora AI services, and any related content, tools, or features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Management.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Some Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Use of Services

a. Coaching & Training: Services may include scheduled sessions, assessments, digital content, and follow-up communications.

b. Leora AI: Leora AI is a leadership development tool that interacts with users through structured chat and voice, delivering personalized content based on their input.

c. Platform Access: You may receive time-limited access to our platform or products, governed by the subscription or agreement in place.

d. Restrictions: You agree not to misuse the Services, reverse engineer software, access accounts not belonging to you, or store sensitive data (e.g., health or financial information) in the platform.

3. Data Privacy and Security.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not train AI models on personal or client data.
• User inputs are processed in real time and not retained for training.
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to improve services.

We adhere to GDPR, SOC 2, and relevant data protection laws. You have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

4. Payment & Fees.

Fees for Services are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed via secure third-party vendors. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property.

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of New Level Work. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose.

6. Termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, particularly in the case of abuse, breach of terms, or misuse of the platform. Users may terminate their use of the Services at any time.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Level Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules. Either party may seek equitable relief in court for issues related to confidentiality or intellectual property.

9. Updates to Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes and indicate the effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

Appendix: Product-Specific Terms Leora AI:

The Leora chatbot is powered by OpenAI and other third-party providers. User sessions are processed in real time, and user models are not used for training the AI.

Coaching & Assessments:

Coaching sessions may be recorded for service improvement, but only with user consent. Recordings are stored securely and are never used for external purposes.
