Ramona S.

Ramona Shaw is a leadership coach who specializes in helping both first-time and mid-level managers become confident and high-trust leaders people love to work for. Through coaching and training, she helps her clients go further, faster by embracing leadership behaviors, skills, and habits that increase productivity, impact, confidence, and visibility.

Ramona's clients include Asana, Dropbox, Fandom, Google, Productboard, Stitch Fix, and Twitch.

After graduating with a finance degree, Ramona entered the field of private equity and soon led key strategic projects and international teams across Europe, the USA, and Asia for 10 years as a VP of Client Services at Partners Group, a renowned global private equity firm.

Because of her international background, she has a unique understanding of cross-cultural challenges and due to her experience working in fast-paced environments, she often finds herself working with leaders in hyper-growth startups. In addition, as a mother to 3 young children, she knows the additional challenges parents have in integrating both professional and personal priorities.

Ramona earned her Master's degree with Honors in Finance. She is a Certified Professional Coach with iPEC, and trained in the Energy Leadership Index, and the Core Strengths' SDI assessment, including its team-building workshops.

Ramona is based in the Bay Area.
