Stephen is an experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development facilitator whose work is grounded in the belief that leadership starts with self and that our relationships are our greatest asset.
Coming from a multinational career in Aerospace Engineering and Aerospace management within the top global aerospace manufactures in Europe and North America, Stephen knows first-hand the challenges and rewards of working and leading within organisations and within startups. Having this perspective, Stephen was called upon between 2016 and 2020 to coach tech startups through a prestigious corporate startup accelerator programme.
Raised in Wales, Stephen considers himself a global citizen and currently lives between Germany and the US and has his business based in London, UK. A lifelong learner, Stephen has just completed an MSc in Mindfulness Studies with the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
