Susan A.

Susan is an experienced Executive Coach working across various industries including technology, financial services, sales and more.  Her coaching education comes from the highly regarded Coaches Training Institute, and she is also a mentor coach registered with the ICF.  She held positions in leadership and management development at high-profile technology companies for many years and then started her own business, providing leadership and management development coaching to individuals through Senior Vice Presidents at various global companies.

Susan has led numerous strategic initiatives in Fortune 100 companies, including work on the development of a management excellence strategy that became the foundation for a company-wide culture shift.  While program managing various leadership and management development offerings, she was regularly called upon to coach key high-potentials toward strategic outcomes.  

Susan is on the faculty at a well-known health and wellness organization, providing mentor coaching to its coaching students.  Additionally, Susan volunteers at a local elementary school in various capacities including the organization and execution of team and academic events.

Susan holds the Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation and is based in the Bay Area.
